How do I secure a Suite?

The security deposit is contingent upon the individual property selected.

12-month term.

Tenant’s insurance requirements vary by property.

All units offered will be unfurnished.

Living & Amenities

Are utilities included in the rent?

Water and gas are included in the rent; however, electricity is not included and will be the tenant’s responsibility.

We’re excited to share that we are a pet-friendly building. Please note that there is a pet fee, and certain breeds and sizes may apply.

 

Parking is not included in the rent and requires an additional fee.

 

Yes, there will be surface stalls reserved for visitor parking.

To ensure the health and comfort of all residents and to preserve the quality of our finishes, all Seer’s properties maintain a strict non-smoking policy in suites, on balconies, and in all common areas.

Payments & Maintenance

How do I pay rent?

We conveniently accept rent payments through Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) for a seamless and hassle-free experience.

It is preferred that the tenant be present. If the tenant cannot be present, necessary arrangements will be made.

You are free to decorate your unit, but only small nails may be used to hang pictures. Painting, wallpapering, or any replacement or modification of wall, floor, and ceiling finishes is not permitted.

e understand how stressful being locked out can be, and we’re here to help. Our team will work quickly to assist you in getting back inside. If you’ve lost your keys or locked them inside, we can arrange for assistance. Please be aware that there may be a small charge, depending on the circumstances.

We understand that life circumstances change. If you need to vacate before your term ends, please contact your Property Manager immediately. We will work with you to discuss options, such as a lease break fee or finding an approved assignee to take over the remainder of your term.
